Terms and Conditions
The AI/ML Forum is organized by Founderly, the connective growth platform dedicated to fostering connections, providing resources, and nurturing a dynamic ecosystem where innovation thrives.
This document sets out the terms and conditions between Founderly and AI/ML Forum conference ticket holders and complimentary pass applicants.
By purchasing a ticket or applying for a complimentary pass for the AI/ML Forum, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Founderly reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website.
Ticket Prices and Complimentary Pass Eligibility
All ticket prices indicated on the AI/ML Forum website are in euros and include Estonian VAT of 22%.
Complimentary passes are available for qualified individuals who meet the specified criteria, as outlined on the AI/ML Forum website. Complimentary pass applications are subject to review and approval by Founderly. Founderly reserves the right to verify the information provided and prioritize applications that align with the goal of fostering a curated community of AI leaders and experts.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. The right of withdrawal for ticket buyers is not applicable.
However, it is possible to transfer the ticket to a third party if the ticket has been fully paid for. Ticket holder name, company, or any other information can be changed by the person who purchased the ticket by logging into their account on the AI/ML Forum website. Each new ticket holder will then receive a confirmation email.
Please note that changes to ticket holder details can be made only until 15 days prior to the event.
The purchased tickets are for your personal or business use and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes under any circumstances. In case of resale or attempted resale of tickets (or any other breach of this condition), Founderly reserves the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.
Founderly is not responsible for granting visas necessary for participation in the AI/ML Forum. If a participant's visa is not granted, tickets for the event will not be refunded.
Terms of Payment
Founderly accepts payments only in euros.
The following methods of payment are available:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Online payment systems: Stripe, Crypto
- Bank transfer (for group purchases or sponsorship packages)
Founderly may request verification of payment and additional information for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes to resolve possible disputes about the purchase or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Entering the Event
After purchasing a ticket or being approved for a complimentary pass for the AI/ML Forum, you will receive a registration confirmation and a unique QR code via email. This confirmation, including the QR code, should be retained to claim your AI/ML Forum badge, which will grant access to the event.
The badge pick-up locations will be situated onsite at the event venue, which will be communicated by email at least 4 weeks prior to the event. When picking up the badge, the attendee must present the email confirmation with the unique QR code and a valid ID.
Event Cancellation, Postponement, and Substitution Policy
Although speakers and topics are confirmed at least 1 month before the AI/ML Forum, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may require replacement, modification, or cancellation of speakers and/or topics. As such, Founderly reserves the right to change or substitute the advertised speakers and/or topics as necessary without any liability to you. Any substitutions or changes will be updated on our website as soon as possible.
If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), ticket buyers will be refunded the total price of the purchased ticket(s). Founderly is not responsible for other expenses incurred.
In case of postponement of the AI/ML Forum, tickets may be refunded within the deadline set by Founderly.
Liability
Founderly shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property, however caused. Founderly is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Each participant must take necessary measures and make provision for their own insurance.
Founderly reserves the right to refuse admission to the AI/ML Forum for any behavior it deems unacceptable or for breach of these terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property
By attending the AI/ML Forum, you acknowledge and agree that Founderly and its partners may create or have created literary, audio, and/or visual materials based on the event and that Founderly may use your name, likeness, and voice in such materials. You waive any claims to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of these materials.
Data Protection and Privacy
Founderly is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in relation to the AI/ML Forum.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
By purchasing a ticket or applying for a complimentary pass for the AI/ML Forum, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
